Enter your registered Kyrgyz phone number and password on the login screen. Your session will be secured using JWT authentication stored in your device's encrypted Keychain or Keystore.

Navigate to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar. You can update your display name, city, and upload a new profile avatar photo directly from your camera or photo gallery.

If you forgot your password or cannot log in, request a password reset via WhatsApp code on the login screen. If you have changed your phone number or need manual recovery, contact our support team with your account details.

Safa supports two specialist roles: Cart Specialists («Тачкисты») who specialize in moving merchandise across wholesale markets like Dordoi between containers and transport, and Couriers («Доставщики») who handle city-wide motorized and pedestrian cargo deliveries.

Once a carrier accepts your request, open the order detail screen. An interactive Yandex map displays the specialist's live GPS position, the exact multi-stop route, estimated arrival time (ETA), and current stop index in real time via live WebSocket updates.

You can cancel a request from the active order screen as long as it is in Pending status. If a carrier has already accepted and is en route, please contact the specialist directly or message support if there is an emergency.

If your shipment is delayed, misplaced, or not progressing, use the in-app support button or contact our support team immediately at +996 509 10 67 88 with your order ID.

If your banking app debited funds but the order status did not change to Completed, please take a screenshot of your transaction receipt showing the transaction ID and timestamp, and send it to our support team via WhatsApp (+996 509 10 67 88) or email (sattarzhanovdev@gmail.com). We reconcile all transactions with Finik GraphQL records.

We use Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver timely push notifications regarding critical delivery updates: carrier acceptance, arrival at waypoints, completion of deliveries, payment confirmations, and identity verification results.

Check your device's system settings under Safa App to verify that notifications and alerts are allowed. Also ensure that Low Power Mode or aggressive battery optimization is not restricting background activity.

Amanat is a verified social trust initiative integrated into Safa. Users can support verified humanitarian campaigns. All contributions are processed transparently through Finik and logged only after confirmed bank callbacks.
